A pre planning app consultation has started for the move of Balmoral golf club from the Lisburn Rd in Belfast to a site at Drumbo in the Lagan Valley. It would allow the club’s partner, Merrion Property, to develop a the 75 acre site for housing. I reckon a minimum of 750 units.
