I think the proxy stand design is fine because they're not like other ZZZ characters that are supposed to be actual characters with jobs and personality in the game, but in general ZZZ design has gone downhill since 1.x. People really love gacha-slop design for some reason.

Am I the only one who didn’t like the new designs for Belle and Wise?(I mean Pyrois)
Unfortunately, for me the game keeps drifting further and further away from the grounded urban fantasy vibe that made me fall in love with it at launch. Visually it’s turning more and more into Genshin and HSR - that gritty, urban spirit and style is just gone…
And the graphical fan service keeps getting worse. You can’t even see what’s happening in combat anymore because of all the flashy effects, and characters are ripping the sky apart with their ults.
Version 1.0 was still the best. I still love Zenless Zone Zero, I just really don’t like the direction the game has taken.
