Ok so I got an email at 9:23 pm tonight from Justin Elliot (VP of Government Affairs for APTA)… well it turns out @APTAtweets have indeed already filed the OPPOSITION in the TTAB to begin a legal challenge of the “DPT” trademark given to Life Time Fitness by USPTO.
