After what has been a very intense year, I submitted a 41 page TDS High Performance report this week. I always enjoy the process of reflective report writing and this is a great opportunity to take stock of where we are, celebrate the success of the TDS and plan for 2025.
It’s been an incredible year.
🇦🇮 Implement a game, playing principles and training model.
🇦🇮 Create a player model for the behaviours we want to develop in our future players.
🇦🇮Create Talent ID systems and processes.
🇦🇮 Implement a coach model for what behaviours we want from our TDS Coaches.
🇦🇮Devise short, medium and long term goals and being above target on most.
🇦🇮Outlining the amount of games that need to be played together as a TDS and the amount individuals need to play per year.
🇦🇮WU15 taking part in the CONCACAF Qualifiers in Aruba just missing out on the playoffs on the final day.
🇦🇮MU14 taking part in CFU Qualifiers in Trinidad & Tobago reaching the semi finals.
🇦🇮FIFA Talent Coach arriving and settling in to Anguilla, instantly becoming a key member of the team.
🇦🇮MU17 and WU17 being onboarded to the TDS and preparing for the World Cup Qualifiers in Jan/Feb.
🇦🇮MU12 Playing international Friendlies against smaller islands which is the start of U12’s being onboarded in 2025.
🇦🇮WU14 Playing 4 games and winning all 4 in December.
🇦🇮12 Female players (11 debuts) making appearances in the SWNT who played in the Women’s Leeward Islands Competition in December where we won 3 and lost the final on penalties.
Let’s see what 2025 brings!
