Just a group of 55-59 year olds after Day 1 of the Masters Decathlon. The day didn’t go like I wanted but I made it through all five events. Unto Day 2!

College Make T&F athletes - you got 13 year olds running 49’s and 16 year old running 45’s………you better get busy……

You don’t play track and field. You RUN IT. That’s why track and field is the ONLY REAL SPORT. Everything else is just a game.
