Celebrity should not be confused with credibility. 2400 years ago Greek philosopher Plato said we need new heroes. Not the rich & famous, but people with humility, wisdom, & a heart to serve. He warned about admiring celebrities. “Bad heroes give glamour to flaws of character.”

Solid advice here. Focus on the controllables and be good at those things, you will have a confident team. Focus on things like officiating and it gives your team excuses
