Last Tuesday, Beplan ran into an incident where media stopped being processed. This had two consequences: - In the app, any unprocessed media showed up as a black screen - Any post that contained unprocessed media failed to publish We've had a few similar hiccups in the past, but nothing this disruptive. To be direct: this is not the level of stability and quality I want Beplan to stand for, and I'm sorry for the friction it caused. Here's where things stand: - The issue has been fully resolved and a patch is already deployed. - I've added a brand-new server to the infrastructure, dedicated specifically to processing media. This gives media handling its own room to breathe instead of competing for resources, which is what made past incidents possible in the first place. This particular failure won't happen again. Thank you for your patience and for sticking with Beplan!

🚨 Ongoing issues with Bluesky It is normal if your account has disconnected and your posts don't get published.

There are currently issues with publishing Tiktok posts. It seems to come from their servers, this issue is on every platforms (Buffer;...)

A global issue on the infra towards Bluesky disconnected Bsky accounts and prevented posts from being published. It's just been fixed, please reconnect your bsky accounts! Sorry for the issue, bsky account should now stop disconnecting (the patch is fully op)
