Although my birthday is on July 4th. All day my wife was asking me if I was having a lovely day. I just smiled and nodded. It wasn’t until dinner that she gave me a card with airline tickets to fly to Nice on the 4th of July.
Well, goodbye to the boy from Bradford, who reminded us of the power of the spring & greeted each of his own with such joy. Can't think of another artist I've seen more exhibitions by or bought more books about.

Remembering David Hockney, he was kind and always had a sparkle in his eye. He never stopped experimenting and is one of the finest painters of our generation.
