I am SO PROUD to be able to present the 🥇 Gold medal to IM Carissa Yip 🇺🇸! I first met her when I invited her to my Susan Polgar National Invitational for Girls. She got her final IM norm at my SPICE Cup Open, becoming the youngest female IM in US history. She broke GM Irina Krush record, who got her 1st GM norm at my Mayor's Cup Invitational.
Congratulations to Carissa! I am so proud of you! 🥇🥉
