One of our Acorns is making a hypertufa. James made it from scratch, by recycling a used freezer box, minus the frozen pies π. James made a recipe from bark, sand and cement, ratios top secret π΅οΈββοΈ. James planted it up a week later, with Alpines and rockery plants. #bethanybuzz

Our Science pond has been amazing this year. There has never been so many pond lilies before now. It is also teaming with all types of insects, some you can only see under the microscope. π¦πΈπͺ³π·οΈπ¦ππ#bethanybuzz

Year 10 grew pollens tubes, with Mr Philbin, and looked at them under the microscope. They followed the instructions from the SAPS site. Amazing!πΎπΏππΉπ»π#bethanybuzz

All these lovely gifts were grown by the Bethany School Acorns' Gardening Club. They were taken, for the third year, to 'Dandelion Time', to be used in the kitchen or to be sold on to the community. What an achievement again, well done Acorns! #bethanybuzz #GrowSocial
