This is David - one of our fantastic members at Rivermead. He recently smashed out an incredible 49m 31sec 10K in the Great Birmingham Run. Not only did he finish in 1st place in his age category, he beat 2nd place by over 2 minutes! Amazing stuff David! 🏃🏃👏👏🏆
