Like #Rida in #casualty I also got diagnosed with #AlopeciaAreata by my GP, unfortunately unlike Rida I got told โcanโt really help youโ, given some iron tablets and told to crack on.
Thkflly got some regrowth now but losing my hair is & was so stressful & I hadnโt told anyone

Iโve somehow sustained an injury to my neck/shoulder and yesterday was in such bad pain I needed strong opiates to manage. Today was a little better but I am back at work tomorrow. No idea how I will manage work but we are so short I cannot be off
