Next time you're about to buy that cold soda, wait for 10- 15 minutes (that's how long it takes a dopamine strike to die down), then drink a glass of chilled water or if you're craving a particular snack, ask yourself if you're hungry or if you're about to waste your money.

Just 1 tablespoon of mayo contains 90-100cals and sometimes we add 3-4 spoons in our salads, that's 300-400calories. At this point, your "salad" is closer to being a sugary drink than plain vegetables. You're not eating healthy, you're sipping oil in disguise!

Salad is supposed to be healthy & nourishing but when the cream becomes the main ingredient, the vegetables are just decorations. You don't have to stop eating it. Just use less cream or no cream at all😌

The real detoxing comes from drinking enough water, eating fibers ( fruits and vegetables), reducing ultra-processed foods and letting your liver and kidney do their job. Perfect health is not in a teabag!
