The "Elevated trapdoor" is essentially a trapdoor but the number of variables one could test in parallel could go leaps & bounds beyond just one.
So, one could consider it a multivariate "IDEA TESTING" tool.

The problem today is NOT about product managers not finding jobs as much as it is about them saying (/ having to say) yes to jobs that don’t fit.
Yes, some orgs. are happy to hire a product person& stuff them with all sorts of work. But that choice ought to be made wisely.
What’s people management❓
People management, the phrase makes it seem like it’s totally about managing the people on a team.
But, NO. It is NOT.
It’s more about how you manage *YOURSELF* around those people.
My heart tears up when I come across businesses who think they can pull off something great by focusing solely on what they perceive as BRANDING with absolutely ZERO understanding of POSITIONING...
And yet, there's that "why do I need to hire a product manager" thought...‼️😅

Difference between Sequential & Concurrent methods of research. Also the way that can be extrapolated to the other phases of the product is not at all a coincidence, is it?
Timing has always, does still & will continue to play a major role in the success of a product strategy & that’s all the more pronounced when it is a tech product.

The importance of asking follow-up questions could seem like they hit a notch higher as one moves up the ladder from mid to senior management.
And there’s nobody to blame here, it’s just down to the bandwidth one often has…
What could look mammoth / convoluted does indeed have simple solutions & most times it isn’t about the end result as much as it is about the process / the approach one takes towards getting there…‼️
🔥Hard truth:
None of them who have got to the top have done it by choosing to chase.
Jump in & activate that deep thinking first, never start by doing as it is certainly going to be a knee-jerk reaction at best‼️
I’ve had this theory for long now…
Although many perceive storytelling as art, there’s some deep science behind it.
And good storytelling understands the individual elements, the science & blends it impeccably give it the appearance of “fine art”. 🖼
AI & how it’s enforcing changes in human behavior is truly amazing.
We are NOW living in a world where an elementary mistake like a TYPO seems an effective means to filter out original content from the otherwise auto-generated…‼️

PM mentors who reference Apple products to explain every odd concept, simple to complex
⬇️ Underrated:
PM mentors who tend to pick examples of products relevant to the domain their audience is comfortable in
Given the subject of 2 major orgs. competing healthily for market share at the top, such oligopolies could run into multiple types given the basis for the competition.
But how is an oligopoly played❓
