The Governor vetoed our bill requiring new cars to alert drivers when they’re >10 MPH over speed limit.
4K people a year die on CA roads & speed is a big factor.
This technology gets people to slow down & saves lives.
This veto is disappointing but I’m committed to this work.

This Friday will be a twisty turny route, seeing our emerald city 🏙️ from many directions, 🗺️ passing historic sites and a rebuilt stadium 🏟️ that we still haven’t finished paying off 😉😂. Our public transport system is a joke. At least cycling is getting a little bit better ❤️🩹
