if 1/3 requirements a lead investor at seed has is “financing/investment traction” move on. 🚩
They are NOT a lead despite what they tell you & won’t add value.
Screen hard if you take their money, neutral impact is best outcome(negative likely).

Nothing brings the human soul more joy and fulfillment then building something. A physical object in the world that did not exist there before. Does not need to be a product but it adds a layer of when others use and value what you’ve built.
