Pathetic customer service experience at @qatarairways - had to wait on hold twice and their customer service couldn’t find my booking even though it works on their website. Just no solution. Will have to fly emirates next time - strongly recommend against them.

.@Finnair truly awful check in experience. Rude employees and absurd surprise baggage fees all while operating a flight 2 hours late - I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’d rather fly United than deal with this

.Bought a ticket from @SingaporeAir that they cancelled and now being extremely slow to rebook (and only willing to book on airlines with redemption seats available). Unacceptable customer service for a supposedly great airlines.

.@GEICO you increased my rate from $340 to $550 with no notice, and when I called your agent he said it was an “adjustment due to higher healthcare costs”. This is exploitative - I would like a resolution to the approx price Iv had for 5 years or I will leave. horrible service.
