Apparently I never put the actual Trogdor smart contract code on any Github repo, but I did find a snippet:

If memory served, only a certain address could add peasants, and once more than 100 peasants were in the village, anyone could call "burninate" to burninate it.
Not a very complicated contract but I only had ~ 25 minutes to explain the _concept_ of smart contracts and walk through one..

At least in the old days, if you messed with a scammer, you knew you were wasting their time. Now it's just arguing with some bot. No payoff.

You can't trust people cold approaching you about jobs, podcasts, or anything online anymore. This is the world we live in now, and essentially nobody is incentivized to fix it systemically.
