Hyperthyroidism will need veterinary follow-up and typically requires oral medication for life, although I-131 radiation can be curative. Behaviorally, Coco has allowed medical handling. What my friends at ACC say about me: I am a sweet, social, older gal, looking for the perfect forever home! Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy! I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me. It could be with you! Coco interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience.
