Building real-time voice agents that shouldn't just stop at “transcribing calls” – they should actually take action. In this @BimpeAI demo, our voice agent: - checks and deletes tasks - creates new tasks/meetings with exact times - then reads back the final state – all from a natural voice call. This can orchestrate across any of your existing system of records. Right here, we have Google calendar integrated. This is the clearest thinking I've seen on AI Agent prediction on X, and it sums up all that agents would become more useful when they're able to orchestrate in existing system of records. The question is what form would this take when we don't have a universal orchestration protocol. Right now we are seeing three options - 1. MCP Orchestration which have limited usecases, and enterprise SoR are slow to adopt. 2. Oauth/Direct integration - This is where you directly connect your agent to enterprise softwares so your agents can orchestrate on them directly. This is quite tough to execute because some enterprise softwares are gated...just imagine trying to orchestrate your agent into Oracle ecosystem. 3. Computer takeover - This is the least feasible for enterprise adoption because of the security risk of an AI agent taking a picture of your screen - sending to the LLM to reason - then clicking on your behalf - and repeat. I think that's the bottleneck we face right now at @BimpeAI while shipping agent orchestrations for enterprise workflows.
