At the ISE meeting in the @FieldMuseum with @marion_eisenhut, now behind the scenes in the herbarium (Marion went to the dinosaurs to look behind the scenes). 4 Million species including fossil ones! So cool (and I later saw the grasses and plenty of CAM plants, too).

We identified new transcriptional regulators of photosynthesis using ML and validated them in planta. We find TFs with different roles; find PIFs that do not repress, MYBS1 and NFYB3 as general activators and BBX14 and 15 uncoupling ETC and CBBc. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
