That same property sold for $12.45 million just one year earlier.
Now, the project is estimated at $64 million, and not a single person has been housed.
In fact, money was paid for private security to keep the homeless out of the homeless shelter not zoned for the homeless to live in...

Sacramento County Registrar and the California Secretary of State are sending voters unverifiable information and expecting us to trust them with our elections.
They told me: 'You cast your ballot in-person… and your ballot was accepted and counted.'
Their own system proves they can't possibly know that.
They only know a ballot was issued to me. Everything after that is a complete mystery to them.
If their system can't even tell the truth about something this simple, how can we trust them to accurately count every ballot and declare the correct winners?
This is exactly why voter confidence is collapsing.

Tammy Kim, Irvine, Orange County, 2025: Former city councilwoman charged with 11 felonies, including perjury, filing false documents, voter registration fraud, and aiding illegal voting for lying about her residency while in office and running for mayor.
Hong Alyce Van, Stanton, Orange County, 2025: Former councilmember charged with multiple felonies for running and voting in a district she no longer lived in; later pled guilty to a misdemeanor of filing fraudulent nomination papers.
Gaea Edde Powell, Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo County, 2025: Mayoral candidate charged with eight felonies and one misdemeanor for using a false address in her 2022 and 2024 races, including voter registration fraud, perjury, and fraudulent voting.
Michelle Marie Morrow, Grover Beach, San Luis Obispo County, 2025: Supervisor write-in candidate charged with running in the wrong district; pled no contest and was sentenced to 90 days in jail plus probation.
Jovita Camacho, Selma, Fresno County, 2024: City council candidate charged with felonies for election fraud and perjury after listing a false address to run in the wrong district.
Shakir Khan, Lodi, San Joaquin County, 2020-2023: City councilman registered dozens using his own address and phone, stashed 41 mail ballots at home; pled no contest to 77 charges, including 14 felony election fraud counts, sentenced to three years' jail.
Marcos Raul Arevalo, Los Angeles County, 2020: Submitted thousands of fraudulent voter registrations, often for homeless or fictitious people, to help a mayoral candidate; convicted on multiple election fraud counts.
Alex Campbell, Crescent City, Del Norte County, 2020: City councilman falsely claimed residency to run for office; pled guilty to false declaration of candidacy.
Gustavo Araujo Lerma, Sacramento County: Non-citizen used stolen identity to vote in five federal elections; convicted and sentenced to about three years and nine months.
Kimberly Chaouch, Compton, Los Angeles County, 2022: Pleaded no contest to ineligible voting after registering and voting at an address where she didn't live.

This is voter fraud, plain and simple.
Candidates deliberately lying about where they live to sneak onto the ballot.
And here's the reality — these cases only get prosecuted when you have district attorneys willing to actually do the work.
Here's the latest laundry list from California:
Tammy Kim, former Irvine City Councilwoman — charged May 2025 with 11 felonies for lying about living in District 5 while running for mayor and council.
Hong Alyce Van, former Stanton City Councilmember — charged January 2025 for running and voting in a district she no longer lived in.
Gaea Edde Powell, Arroyo Grande mayoral candidate — charged June 2025 for using a false address in her 2022 and 2024 races.
Michelle Marie Morrow, San Luis Obispo County supervisor write-in candidate — charged 2024 for running in the wrong district, sentenced to jail in 2025.
Jovita Camacho, Selma City Council candidate — charged September 2024 with felonies for listing a false address to run in the wrong district.
These aren't honest mistakes. They're calculated moves to cheat the system and cheat voters. Share this far and wide — people need to see it.

I uncovered your documents.
You signed papers claiming Maryland as your primary residence while voting in California and lecturing the rest of us about “democracy.”
So answer the question.
Was the Maryland declaration false?
Or was the California voting residence false?
Because both stories cannot be true at the same time.
You do not get to preach election integrity while hiding behind two different residency claims.

How does a warehouse get that expensive?
Federal COVID funds were involved.
The Trump Administration is committed to accountability and results for taxpayers when it comes to homelessness funding. We will continue to investigate and prosecute anyone we believe fraudulently obtained public funds intended to house the homeless.
Last year I created the Homeless Fraud and Corruption Task Force, which has already made significant arrests in this space.
One such case was against Alexander Soofer, 42, of Westwood, the executive director of the Hyde Park–based charity Abundant Blessings, who is accused of misusing more than $10 million in homeless housing funds. Between 2018 and 2025, his organization received more than $23 million to provide housing and meals for hundreds of vulnerable Angelenos. Instead, he allegedly fabricated invoices, lied about vendor payments, created a fake board, and failed to offer adequate food or services to participants.
While the City of Los Angeles and LAHSA paid for safe shelter and three nutritious meals a day, residents got little more than ramen and canned beans. Meanwhile, Soofer allegedly diverted public money for personal luxuries, including a $7 million Westwood home, private school tuition, luxury travel, and a property in Greece.
The betrayal of public trust at the expense of L.A.’s most vulnerable is shameful and illegal. The federal government will no longer bankroll incompetence and criminality at the expense of taxpayers and those in need.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent. Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted. 🤔 One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.

It’s worse than just this Ms. Bish!!! I thought my votes counted but just discovered they did not- even though my local elections office confirmed receipt of my ballot! What should I do now? Tell everyone to double check!

If California rejects a ballot over a signature mismatch, then California should be able to prove the envelope was never opened before that rejection was made.
This is not limited to LA County of the Pratt race.

California has a Motor Voter problem.
The Secretary of State and DMV were meeting in 2025 about voter registration data issues, including party-preference errors, “null” values, gender-marker records, DMV form selections, and Motor Voter system upgrades.
That means the state knows the DMV-to-voter-roll pipeline needs constant monitoring.
So here is the question:
How many voter records were wrong?
How many were corrected?
How many were never caught?
If DMV data feeds VoteCal, then DMV data integrity is election integrity.
California says the system is secure.
Prove it.
