I reported this phishing app weeks ago to @Apple’s legal team for trademark violation in the hope they would take swift action and remove it.
The app remains on the @Appstore. @AppleSupport appears unable or unwilling to manage fraud on their platform.

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know of a law firm or attorney that has experience with petitions against Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act?
Section 230 essentially protects online platforms from liability of 3rd party developers' content.
I've tried calling several with no luck.
