Thank you, @DNIGabbard, for exposing U.S. funded biolabs around the world. The American people deserve the truth.
Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted. odni.gov/index.php/newsroom/…

🚨MUST WATCH: 5 minutes of raw footage from the USS Liberty survivors’ meeting with @RepThomasMassie and one of them drops this bombshell: “You’re the first human in our lives who’s been in the political arena to ever touch us.”

Ok, so I jumped on the dates soaked in espresso trend… and it’s unreal. Make some black coffee. Add dates. Marinate overnight. Have on top of greek yoghurt, honey and a pinch of salt. Unreal luxury breakfast or sweet treat. (I chop my dates in half so the coffee really gets inside. They get jammier if you leave them 1 day )🤌🏼

🚨 THIS NUMBER SHOULD NOT EXIST The U.S. housing market is now at the most unaffordable level in history. Worse than the legendary 2006 housing bubble: The median U.S. home now costs $436,000. Five years ago? $270,000. That’s a 61.5% price increase. Wages over the same period? 29%. To qualify for a mortgage on a median-priced home today, Americans need a minimum of $127,000 in household income. The median household earns about $80,000. That means 75% of homes on the market are unaffordable for the average American family. 3 out of 4. Mortgage rates are the second punch. They went from 2.7% to 6.3% in just five years. Even if prices hadn’t moved, monthly payments would’ve nearly doubled. And here’s the part nobody wants to say out loud: On January 29th, Trump told his Cabinet he does not want housing prices to fall. He wants them higher. That’s great if you already own. It’s brutal if you’re trying to buy your first home. 99% of U.S. counties are less affordable than their historical norms. The country is short roughly 7.1 million homes. And construction is slowing. Existing home sales in 2025 are tracking around 4.1 million. That’s near the lowest level in three decades. Homeownership has fallen to 65%, down from 69% in 2004. This is the largest affordability crisis in modern U.S. housing history. Prices went up. Rates went up. Wages did not. And politicians do not want prices to fall. The average American family is not waiting for a better entry. That is the trap. They are locked out of the market. Reminder: I’ve called all the market tops and bottoms for the last 15 years, including the Bitcoin bottom at $16,000 and the top at $126,000. The next call will be even more important. When I exit the markets completely, I’ll post it here publicly like I always do. Turn notifications on. If you’re not following yet, you’ll understand why that was a mistake later.

None of the media ever did a show like this. The network tried to stop him. Most of the world had never even seen Gaza when Bourdain did this show. A chef with a normal level of humanity had more impact than 1000 media propaganda channels.

Its been 7 years since anthony bourdain died, he respected palestinians like very few other western journalists ever did. This is from a 2013 episode of parts unknown where he went to the gaza strip.

USA. A diner. The waitress asked me how I want my eggs, and my mind went completely blank. "How do you want your eggs, hon?" Want. How do I WANT them. No one has ever asked me this. In my land, the egg arrives as the cook decrees, and you thank the egg, the cook, and your ancestors, in that order. "Scrambled? Over easy? Sunny side up?" she offered, gently, the way one talks a man down from a roof. The terms did not help. Over easy — over WHAT, easily? Easy for whom? Sunny side up — these people have named an egg after the dawn. Who does that. I needed time. I have chosen battlefields faster than I chose those eggs. She refilled my coffee and said she'd come back. It was the second refill. I had been deciding for nine minutes. The man on the next stool leaned over. "Just say over easy, man. You can't go wrong." "And if I CAN go wrong?" "...it's eggs, buddy." It's eggs. Eight hundred years of my family training itself to want nothing, and this man dismissed all of it with a fork in his hand. He was right. I will never tell him. "Sunny side up," I declared, with the weight of a man choosing a path for life. "I will face the sun." "You got it, hon." The eggs came. Two small suns on a white plate, looking up at me. Golden. Ridiculous. Exactly what I wanted. So THAT is what wanting feels like. I had to cross an ocean and hold up a breakfast line to learn it. The man on the next stool got his check and left. "Good choice," he said. I have never been more proud of anything. A man does not ask the eggs to be simple. He only becomes a man who knows what he wants. Tomorrow: over easy. I am almost ready.

🚨 WTF?! A USS Liberty survivor drops a massive bombshell. He confirms they were threatened with prison or worse if they ever spoke about the Israeli attack. Another veteran explicitly states "Israel owns us" after being ignored by Congress for 59 years. Total betrayal!
🚨 DISGUSTING: Patriot Rep. Thomas Massie exposes how the Washington establishment completely ignored the USS Liberty survivors for 59 years! He reveals these brave men, now in their 80s, still have Israeli shrapnel in their bodies that sets off Capitol metal detectors.

Someone is selling a 55-room château around two hours from Paris for €735k ($850k). That works out to about €322 per square metre, or roughly $35 per square foot. For a castle. You get around 2,283 m² (24,570 sq ft) of living space across three floors, set in 3.68 hectares (9.1 acres) of grounds, with a moat, a dovecote and a row of outbuildings around the main house. It was built between the late 1500s and the late 1600s, and it sits in the Puisaye, the quiet green part of Burgundy where the writer Colette grew up. It's this cheap because of the condition. This is a restoration project, not a ready-to-move-in home. The structure is described as sound and the bones are all there, but the inside needs real work and the heating still runs on fuel oil, so the new owner will have to splash the cash. Shops and restaurants are in Toucy a few kilometres away, and Auxerre is about thirty minutes by car. As with all châteaux at this price, you're buying the space, the setting and the chance to bring it back. The walls and the land are the cheapest part here :) How much would a place like this cost where you live?
