And it has changed. Ether is more volatile than Bitcoin now. It's growing slower, but dropping faster than BTC. Does it mean that ICO concept failed? Or it just means that people are disappointed in 99% of ICOs?

I guess this #Bitcoin spike may not be connected to Tether, but to #Bitfinex deposits:
1) USD comes to BFX and buys ETH/BTC (confimed by 3k BTC withdrawal from BFX cold wallet)
2) People arbitrage using Tether (USDT)
3) Tether drops on USD as the result of the arbitrage
