The primary reason I think $STRC isn’t hitting par is because buyers are rotating into the other prefs instead. The yield on STRD on its 6/15 ex dividend date is 3x as attractive as STRC’s monthly dividend $STRD $STRF

If nothing else kills #bitcoin over the next 3 years, the 2029 $MSTR debt of 3 billion USD will kill it. Saylor can't raise more than 40mil USD per week right now... this will only get worse. So, only solution? Sell 3bil USD worth of BTC... into a bear market. I know, fake trading volume of btc is tens of billions a day... but that is purely fake. 3 bil USD from Saylor would get frontrun by tens of billions of other sellers AND the market can maybe take a few hundred million a day. This is how Bitcoin goes sub 1,000 USD.
