@JeffBezos @AmazonUK so again called amazon and again they have told me that nothing can be done. I am comstantly being told that somebody will call me back but nobody does. This is now entering week 4. All because the account is registered to an email address with an error

I can not believe that you can put a man in space yet to cant help me to access my locked account even though you still charge me for @PrimeVideo and delivery on a payment that I cant cance. All I am told is to call a call center that cant help. This is dishraceful customer care

Can I please just be provided with a contact number for someone that can help and not just tell me “you need to reply to an email from an account that you dont have access to and the technical wont speak to you unless you reply to a link”

@AmazonUK its great to see that @JeffBezos can make it to space yet its impossible to gain access to my amazon account which has been locked due to suspicious activity. My email address was noted wrong bu a customer care agent and is now deemed inaccessibile as I need to reply to

An email which is being sent to an email address that I do not have access to. 3 weeks of trying to sort this issue as nobody has contacted me back. Even the customer care agent has said there is no way to help then hung up on me.

@SingaporeAir shame on you, i have booked flights to singapore and you wont let me cancel for a refund. We booked our tickets before corona was announced yet I cannot change my flights nor cancel for a refund. I dont feel safe travelling to asia so now risk losing £1000 1/2
