We saw the Sum of Alpha Prices plummet from 1.33 to 1.28 in a matter of hours.
Our index lost approximately 3.84% in one day.
At the moment, we can tell you that most of the connected wallets have managed to completely absorb yesterday's dump, and some are even slightly higher.

Security is not a feature at TrustedStake. It's the foundation.
Earlier this month, TrustedStake successfully completed a comprehensive platform security audit with Distrust.co
Over the course of the engagement, we worked closely with their team to review our architecture, identify areas for improvement, and further strengthen the security posture of the platform.
As a non-custodial infrastructure layer managing millions of dollars in subnet exposure, security comes with our first principles. This process helped validate many of the design decisions we've made around key separation, proxy permissions, multisig controls, execution infrastructure, monitoring, and operational security.
A huge thank you to the Distrust team for their professionalism, technical expertise, and collaborative approach throughout the engagement.
This is another important milestone as we continue building the most secure and institutionally-ready platform for accessing Bittensor’s subnet ecosystem.
And we're just getting started.
We are actively working with Distrust to integrate into a beta program with them where we will move our operation stack, TrustedStake is expected to become one of the first DeFi platforms in the world to integrate this level of security and verifiability directly into its infrastructure.

What is the Bittensor Safe Index?
The Bittensor Safe Index is a long-term strategy designed for retail and non-retail investors, inspired by the ETF model.
Which subnets are included in the index, and how many?
The number of subnets in the index is extremely flexible, and the number may vary daily ( analysis is performed on all 128 subnets daily ).
The subnets to be included or removed from the index are chosen exclusively based on technical analysis, not fundamental analysis.
This approach makes investing more objective without falling into the trap of being a fan.
The weighting percentage is equal; no subnet has a greater weighting.
We only have one rebalancing each day, which includes (subnet insertion, subnet removal, and rebalancing with equal weight).

It was a challenging month for our strategy, but despite this, most of our clients connected to our index from May 1st to June 1st still closed in the green.
Wallets connected before May 1st recorded a 37.7% gain, but some wallets went much further.
Clients who joined mid-month when the index was overperforming saw their investment decline by -3%.

The Bittensor Safe Index strategy has begun to demonstrate its potential in recent months.
Not only did it demonstrate better risk management during the April crash (suffering a controlled 10% drawdown), it also generated a significant outperformance compared to the SOS benchmark, closing the period in the black by approximately 21%, while the benchmark closed in the red.
With the latest adjustments to the strategy in early May, the gap between the index and SOS has become increasingly pronounced, demonstrating steady growth even during this period of crisis for the subnets.

One of the largest updates in TrustedStake history is live.
By popular request, index managers can now monetize their strategies and edge natively on the platform, directly to their communities.
- Toggle performance fees, management fees, or both.
- Fees stay non-custodial end to end, with full invoice history for clean tracking.
- Set payment deadlines on the cadence of your choosing. Example: all delegators must pay within the first 7 days of each new month, or be marked late.
- Late to pay? Delegators can be blacklisted directly from the Index Manager and excluded from any subsequent portfolio updates and rebalances.
