🚨STOCKS ARE ABOUT TO COLLAPSE IN 12 HOURS
Everyone is asking why the S&P 500 is suddenly struggling
The answer might be sitting 12 hours away
On June 12, SpaceX is expected to go public at a valuation approaching $2 TRILLION
That would instantly make it one of the largest companies in America despite posting billions in losses and burning cash for years
Most people see the Elon hype – I see a giant liquidity vacuum
Think about what has to happen:
- Retail investors are selling stocks to raise cash
- Funds are selling stocks to raise cash
- Institutions are selling stocks to raise cash
Everyone wants exposure to the biggest IPO in modern history
That money has to come from somewhere, and that "somewhere" is the rest of the market
But that's only the beginning
Unlike most IPOs, insiders won't be locked up for six months
Huge chunks of shares begin unlocking almost immediately
By late November, the overwhelming majority of eligible insider shares could already be available for sale
We're talking about over $1.5 TRILLION of insider wealth waiting for liquidity
Read that again
Over $1.5 TRILLION
Wall Street is calling it an IPO
In reality, it looks more like the largest insider exit event of the last decade
And somehow the rulebook keeps changing
- Retail access expanded
- Index inclusion accelerated
- Funds are being prepared to buy
- Everyone is being pushed toward the same trade at the same time
We've seen this movie before
- Dot-com stocks in 2000
- SPAC mania in 2021
Now compare the valuation
Apple went public at less than $2 billion
SpaceX wants investors to buy at nearly $2 trillion
That's a thousand-fold difference
This isn't early
This is the final stage of a cycle where private investors pass the bag to public investors at the highest valuation possible
Maybe SpaceX succeeds
Maybe it becomes the biggest company on Earth
But none of that changes what happens to liquidity in the short term
If tens of billions of dollars are redirected into one IPO, something else has to be sold
That's why I'm watching the S&P 500
Not because SpaceX is weak
Because the amount of money required to absorb this deal is absolutely insane
The biggest IPO in history may not launch the next bull market
It may mark the point where liquidity finally leaves everything else
