If I ever wanted to Live near Sisters Oregon but a bit out of town, this would be the street. Unfortunately for these sellers, not everyone wants that nor do they want a dated home. Listed at $2.165mm 10 months ago, the price is now down nearly 1/2 million to $1.7mm. That's a really big miss.
