Parfois jsuis jaloux de sports comme le tennis, surtout en période comme Roland Garros.
S’ils étaient aussi mal organisés que les échecs, vous imaginez la taille du flop ?

Je vois beaucoup de critiques sur la cadence du Norway (pas de rajout de 30 minutes au 40e).
Les joueurs n’auraient pas le temps de terminer les parties proprement.
Personnellement je trouve qu’avec 2h dès le début de la partie les joueurs ont largement assez de temps, et les 10 secondes d’incrément sont suffisantes pour éviter des situations ridicules.
C’est à eux de savoir gérer leur temps. Finalement c’est pareil que d’avoir 1h30 30 minutes au 40e. Simplement ici il faut être responsable de sa gestion du temps et du stress. Ça favorise au contraire les joueurs qui ont cette compétence.
Enfin pour finir c’est aussi beaucoup mieux pour la tension de la partie. Le moment décisif ne s’évapore pas d’un seul coup. La tension se construit et se résout a la fin de la séquence la plus intense de la partie.
Vivement quand même le 45 15 en aller-retour 🤣

Alireza Firouzja has made the difficult decision to withdraw from the Super Chess Classic Romania 2026 due to an ankle injury.
Alireza commented: “Unfortunately, due to an ankle injury sustained during the event, I have decided to withdraw from the tournament. Thank you to the organizers for their support and accommodations, and thank you to everyone following the games. I wish the players and organizers the best for the rest of the tournament.”
We thank Alireza for his efforts to continue competing despite the injury and wish him a speedy recovery. We hope to see him back at the board soon.
