Today I'm happy to announce Noah. ⛵
It's a Bitcoin wallet that @nitesh_btc and I have been working on, using the Bitcoin Ark protocol via @secondhq.
Noah and the Ark protocol allow easy onboarding, Lightning Address support, easy backups, fast payments, and much more, while staying trust-minimized.
With Noah, you can easily pay and receive via Lightning without dealing with channel management and inbound/outbound liquidity constraints.
Onboarding is as easy as receiving a Lightning payment. When you onboard, you get an Ark VTXO (akin to a UTXO but offchain) instead of a channel.
You can also onboard via onchain and internal Ark payments.
Each Noah user gets a Lightning Address that they can use to receive, even offline for Noah->Noah payments.
You can restore the wallet securely with just your seed phrase.
Noah is available now on mainnet! Please give it a shot and let us know what you think. ⚡️

We're not building apps though. Just providing bindings for people to build apps wherever they want.
Apps like @BlixtWallet's Noah, that uses our Rust SDK and builds their own multi-platform on top, could be using RMP though.

Today I'm happy and excited to announce react-native-turbo-lnd.
TurboLnd is a React Native library for embedding lnd inside an app and calling its gRPC methods and streams through a convenient, auto-completed API.
It currently supports React Native on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. There is also early support for Electrobun on desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, and Linux).
To get started, add it to your project:
```
yarn add react-native-turbo-lnd
yarn add @bufbuild/protobuf
```
Then fetch the prebuilt lnd binaries:
```
node node_modules/react-native-turbo-lnd/fetch-lnd.js
```
This lib is already in use in @BlixtWallet. Other wallet developers are welcome to try it out! 🚀

I just published react-native-turbo-sqlite@0.5.0, with react-native-windows support!
TurboSqlite now runs on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows from one shared C TurboModule implementation, without separate Kotlin/Swift/native platform code.
As far as I know, this is the first public React Native library to support all 4 major React Native platforms this way with a codegen-based C TurboModule.
If your library doesn’t need platform-specific APIs, you may not need to write the TurboModule in each platform language. A shared C implementation can be enough.
I wanted to demonstrate that with this lib.
This release also contains SQLCipher support by cpoile! It works on all 4 platforms as well.

I have been working on adding Uint8Array & ArrayBuffer support to React Native C TurboModules, so that native modules can pass binary data directly instead of base64.
It supports zero-copy JS<->native.
You can also use the helper class Uint8Array for great ergonomics.
