Meet Finvasia Group: 15 years of building regulated trading, brokerage, payments, and capital markets infrastructure across international markets. Blockmaze is the tokenized asset layer on top of that foundation. A broker running $500M in client AUM can plug tokenized stocks or gold in like a new product vertical. No new compliance stack or tech build. The regulatory backbone is live across all European, GCC and Asian markets. The stack is ready, Blockmaze brings it to tokenized assets. Made for compliant players, by compliant players.

Every generational financial shift looks obvious in hindsight. ETFs. Index funds. Online brokerages. Tokenized RWAs are the next one. We're building the rails. The institutions are arriving. The window is now.

8. A token and a legal ownership right are still two different things. A tokenized property only creates real value when ownership is recognized beyond the blockchain and connected to the legal framework of that jurisdiction. Blockmaze was built to bridge that gap. Digital ownership anchored to real-world legal recognition is the infrastructure the entire industry is waiting on.

Eight problems. Each one slows institutional adoption by months or years. Blockmaze was built to solve all eight from one infrastructure layer as a design requirement.

Tokenisation is no longer a future concept — it is becoming a structural transformation in global finance, says Tajinder Virk, Co-Founder and CEO, Finvasia Group and Blockmaze. ow.ly/4ixk50Zazwa

IPOs: great for the seller Tokenized assets: at least you can see what you're buying
🚨IPOs ARE BAD INVESTMENTS FOR ORDINARY INVESTORS The Economist’s Joshua Roberts says IPOs have historically underperformed the broader market by about 20% over the three years after listing. “The best moment for the seller is not necessarily the best moment for the buyer.”

🏦 The RWA tokenization market hit $36 billion by late 2025 – up 2,200% since 2020. Global assets across real estate, equities, bonds, and commodities exceed $500 trillion. That's a penetration rate of 0.007% @BlackRock saw it coming. BUIDL, their tokenized Treasury fund, went from zero to $2.9 billion in under 18 months. @JPMorgan followed with their own tokenized money market fund. @Fidelity launched a tokenized Treasury product on Ethereum. Firms managing trillions are placing infrastructure bets – and direction is clear. @McKinsey puts the market at $2 trillion by 2030. @StanChart projects $30 trillion by 2034. At $24 billion today, the math speaks for itself. The real opportunity sits in the infrastructure layer. The asset is only as good as the issuing, acquiring, compliance, and custody stack beneath it. That stack is what Blockmaze was built to be. Most tokenization projects pick a side. They either build on-chain infrastructure and bolt compliance later or they start with regulation and never quite get the technology to work at scale. Both approaches stall at the moment an institutional client asks hard questions. A broker offering tokenized gold to retail clients needs 24/7 settlement, fractional ownership, and programmable custody. That's Web3. The same broker needs KYC flows, AML screening, regulated acquiring, and a license their clients' lawyers recognize. That's Web2. Remove either layer and the product doesn't work. Blockmaze was built with both layers from day one. Fifteen years of regulated financial infrastructure in one hand. A purpose-built RWA blockchain on the other. Each layer makes the other credible.
