Project 2,999 on tour of England to support local areas in preventing preventable exclusion. Seeing young people with the blanket and talking about their experiences was, as always the highlight of my week. #youthmatters2025 Thank you to the Council for Disabled Children π

Hello! It's been a while. The 2,999 blanket is in tour of England π. We will be extending the blanket to 4,191 to represent the daily equivalent number of reported suspensions and permanent exclusions 2022/23 (DfE). Who fancies crocheting a square? Let's keep talking β£οΈ

Suspensions and permanent exclusions are both
types of exclusion, and where this guidance uses the word 'exclusion' this includes
both suspensions (fixed-period exclusions) and permanent exclusions (DfE, 2023). For anyone who is unclear on the 'types of exclusion'. Best wishes βοΈ
