SHARK BITE - We're speaking to Belfast man Robert who sustained a serious lower arm injury on Saturday evening after being bitten by a Blue Shark whilst angling South of Roches Point. Crosshaven lifeboat came to his aid and brought him to CUH. He says his arm is still bleeding!

Dawn chorus this morning in Ranelagh gardens with Éanna Ní Lamhna was a revelation. Identifying 12 different birds each waking in turn to sing out it’s song. A real privilege to be there. Listen in..Thanks @RanelaghArts @DCCParks_Biodiv @DCCoIedu @RanelaghLife

FUN FACT- When I climbed inside the Dewback outside the Cantina in Tunisia there was a crowbar to lift its' head & it was covered in newspaper paper-mache, including a review of a David Bowie concert in Paris, which I read by flashlight. Odd, but true. 🤪
