It's the correct time to part ways with Hughes, but we won't know whether it's the correct decision until October/ November. Could be a disaster for us if a new man comes in, players are recruited accordingly, we start poorly and he gets sacked after 10-15 games.

I think the decision whether to keep Mark Hughes will be interesting viewing.
He's been about par for me, took him a while to work out the best formation and tactics for the squad, and we didn't get a new manager bounce.
That being said, if he'd been brought in earlier,
