No existen argumentos jurídicos ni administrativos válidos, para dilatar este proceso.
Hacemos un llamado a dialogar y legislar de cara al país. Está en juego el reconocimiento histórico de la gestión comunitaria del agua que realizan más de 8 millones de campesinos, campesinas y habitantes rurales.
