Hey buddy, he was the former Judge… the new judge is a UVA/Wake grad
The judge in the Mensah vs Duke case, Judge Michael O'Foghludha, is a Duke graduate and his wife is librarian at Duke. I’m sure Mensah can easily get him disqualified from the case.
