Good reminder! Swim in the lake. Wash in the bath ... where soap can go into a septic aystem and break down.

Even ‘biodegradable’ soap is NOT safe to use in waterways. It doesn’t break down when washed directly into waterways and the added nutrients can upset delicate water ecosystems.
