Please help us keep the small town centre car parks free for normal shoppers and use our NEW dedicated festival car park on Poulton Field at the end of Poulton. Sat nav BA15 1EA. It’s well signed on all incoming roads.

We thought parking and traffic challenges might cancel GMF but the town council have solved the problem so I’m pleased to confirm we are definitely 'on'. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday 11th May 2024 – tell your friends.

The Ganderflankers band that accompanies Jack in the Green has grown in size and now has 9 members. My wife Jan has spend weeks sewing thousands of green leaves onto their tunics and hats. Meanwhile i am trying to make two new beasts, a Wiltshire white horse and a plague doctor.

We are always looking for volunteers to help us on the day. Lots of different roles and anything from an hour to the whole day helps. Plus you get to come to our thank you BBQ.

A big thank you to the Tourist Information Centre for their GMF window display. Also thanks to the Town Council tourism team who put the display together. Very difficult to get good photo because of the reflections
