When our physios aren't treating patients remotely they have been joining online classes at home, taking a walk or run for their 1 exercise out a day and of course getting the children involved.

Try these stretches at home they are a great way to relieve any neck pain and tension you may have. Perform each move slowly and smoothly, and breathe deeply and regularly. For best results, try to do this routine at least once a day. #neckpain #exerciseathome #tension

What to do when you have an injury: Get assessed! If you are injured you need to to find out what the problem is. Don’t wait around for the injury to get worse and cause long term problems. Understand what the problem is, what damage has been caused and what action.

Keep active with some gardening over the coming weeks, if you struggle due to lower back pain then get in touch to arrange a telephone or video appointment where we can talk you through some techniques when lifting and bending.
