In light of Charlie Kirk's assassination, the left once again wants to repeal the 2nd Amendment. It isn't time to ban citizen ownership of Firearms, it is time to increase it with a national "Concealed Carry" law. Switzerland requires all citizens to be armed. The Swiss have a citizen army and all able bodies males must serve in their military. They are issued a weapon which they can purchase after their service is over, which most do. All citizens of Israel are armed, with a similar set up for military service. The civilian homicide rates in Switzerland and Israel, respectively, are .6% and .85%. Please explain to me why civilian firearm ownership and the right to carry are not deterrants to criminal activity.
