Children born to mothers who contracted Covid-19 during pregnancy show a 10% increase in cognitive development delays.
These delays occurred especially in learning and memory, with the highest risk around the 20th week of pregnancy.

A bad cold that sometimes causes the elderly or vulnerable to die.
What Covid actually is:
A SARS pathogen that causes vascular damage (even in mild cases) resulting in health issues, either now or in the future, regardless of age or health status.

In a study of 617,000 kids aged 10-19, children that had covid were at higher risk for new onset type 2 diabetes compared to kids that did not have Covid, but had another respiratory pathogen. The cost of diabetes in the US is $412 billion, and the cost will be higher for kids.
