Welcome to Body Protocol 💪🏃 First day of 2026: I just started this account to document my journey to finally achieve my optimal physique for everyday life and well-being. I'm a 36 yo male and have a history of sports but never achieved this goal because I wasn't committed enough. This changes now. My Body Protocol: - sports Mon, Wed, Fri - intermittent fasting - lower carb food, capped at 2k kcal per day My goal is to be consistent until the last day of this year. This should give me huge progress already. Then let's see where it goes. Happy New Year, and may our minds be better companions to our bodies.

Heute Auslieferung eines gebrauchten Teslas gehabt. Alles mögliche kontrolliert, sieht echt top aus. Aber die versprochene (telefonisch beim Erstgespräch nach Bestellung) MFK wurde natürlich nicht gemacht. Letzte Prüfung war Dez 2020. Die MFK ist längst überfällig, Ich habe Tesla im Chat informiert aber wahrscheinlich ignorieren die mich jetzt ... Mal sehen 😟

Today I saw the Cybertruck for the first time and sat in it, playing with the screen, to see the differences to a cookie cutter M3 and MY. I have to admit that the interior quality is below M3 and MY. More plastic, more rattling. In my books, it's no wonder that it doesn't sell well. But it has presence and shows the innovation that the company is pursuing.

I ran a half marathon today. The stats for the year so far are 2k kcal daily average intake and 5 kg of fat loss. By the end of this month, I might fit into size 34 pants easily. Size 32 is the goal. Let's see.

I just tried to fit into pants size 34 again after 2 years. I actually fit, although not comfortably, but it's a great progress. I want to reach size 32 as this is the perfect size for me and I think, I'll be around 15 % body fat then. Rouvy is doing god's work with calorie burning. Today I rode 2h and burnt 1200 kcal.

🚨Breaking news: Tesla FSD in Switzerland needs separate approval process altogether. I finally got a shocking response from the ASTRA (governing body). TLDR: Switzerland doesn't care about the RDW's decision and Tesla needs to start a separate approval process there😭 Original text: [...] In its publication of the approval, the RDW explains that the latest generation of driver assistance systems (Level 2 ) is not equivalent to automation systems (Level 3 and higher). Despite the extensive autonomy of driver assistance systems, responsibility for the driving task remains entirely with the driver when using Tesla’s “FSD Supervised” system. The driver must control the vehicle at all times and constantly monitor traffic. The national approval granted by the Netherlands does not entail an application for approval in other countries. Therefore, this driver assistance system may currently only be used in the Netherlands. In Switzerland, the steering wheel must not be released even when using so-called “Hands-Off” or “Hands-Ready” functions. The Federal Roads Office (FEDRO, ASTRA) serves as the Swiss approval and market surveillance authority and is available as a point of contact. However, it remains up to the approval holder, Tesla, to decide in which countries and when specific steps will be taken. We therefore ask that you direct your inquiry to Tesla’s customer service.

Wow, I didn't post in 20 days because I didn't feel like it. But I can report that I stood strong and in the mirror, I see progress 🥳My avg. daily intake this year is 1930 kcal. The goal actually was 2000, but I move little due to my home office job, so the lower amount is OK. The summer arrived over here and I'm out often to mostly do my Burpee and Calisthenics routines. I'll post some pics and possibly vids here and there. See ya

Quick report: 7600 kcal on the binge stash. I'm now at the Baltic Sea and will do some nice workouts alongside the coast🥰

The last days, I mostly ate 2k kcal. My binge stash sits at 9200 kcal. The average consumption per day this year is 1914 kcal. My sports routines are ongoing as usual, today jogging and calisthenics. Over Easter, I'll be at the Baltic Sea where I can jog alongside the water. Fat will be burnt 🔥

The last 2 days, I ate 2k kcal. The weather sucks, but Rouvy is my savior. At least Thursday, I can do an outdoor routine again :)

1677 kcal today and 323 from the binge stash to add up to 2k kcal. My nutrition has become a bargaining operation with my binge-eating attacks :D But it's fun, so I continue. In 2 days, I should have reached 5 kg of pure fat loss. A great milestone, but let's see.

My overeating stash sits at 7765 kcal ... I'm struggling to reduce it, as my Rouvy sessions demand energy, and I have a hard time sticking to 2k kcal per day. The positive side is that my pants get looser every week 🔥 And I calculated the daily average intake this year, which, including the stash, is 1885 kcal and 1805 without it. Actually, I should think about adding the stash to the regular amount, as I need to up the average intake to 2k due to more demanding workout routines (cycling, long jogging).

1985 kcal eaten, 15 from the overeating stash ... Slowly but surely. Tomorrow looks like great weather, will do an outdoor routine :)

It was a good day with approx. 1600 kcal eaten, mostly Vietnamese food like Goi Cuon and Bo Xao Rau Cai. I added approx. 400 from my overeating stash. 7950 kcal still left on the stash. Tomorrow, I'll do Calisthenics 💪

I reduced my binge-eating calorie mountain to 8270 kcal today. Don't ask my why it's that big. For me, sports is definitely not the problem, but keeping calories in check. 2k kcal per day is incredibly little. I could push through 3 months and then had 2 days of crossing the boundary in a major way ... Now I'm back on track.
