Boiling Springs Wrestling Club is practicing tonight from 6:30 to 8! BSWC is a youth wrestling club for kids from 5-11 with any experience level. Practices are at Boiling Springs High School on Mondays and Thursdays. (1/2)

I hate isolating certain muscles in the weightroom. I dont feel like the rate of stretch shortening thats happening in a jump or sprint can be matched in the weightroom. And muscles recognize being a part of a bigger equation that results in movement, some complex and some simple
