We've tagged Bolt 4.2.6 as a maintenance release for those of us who are still on Bolt 4. This patch un-blocks the upgrade of `symfony/flex` to 1.17 and higher.

We've released Bolt 5.1.7. It fixes some minor bugs, but most importantly, it adds support for running under Composer 3.2. (which was released yesterday). You can now - once again - run `composer update`, per usual.

Quick PSA: If you've updated to Composer 2.3.0, which was released earlier today, your `composer install` will BREAK, like the screenshot below. We're investigating if this is an issue in Bolt itself or elsewhere. #composerphp
