Balancing speed and quality is really tough. Many people suggest keeping the product building for under two weeks and launching quickly for marketing. But how long and in what way should marketing be done to determine if a product has achieved PMF? If PMF isn't met, is it due to marketing issues or product flaws? It's truly challenging. So, I believe shipping fast is the right approach. Even if it fails, we can quickly build a fan base, become influencers, and continuously learn and improve our understanding. In this regard, @marclou and @levelsio are great role models to learn from. Their experiences have consistently inspired me to move forward.
