i hate my arms, but idk what work outs i need to do one them. and i hate my stretch marks. the more i hate my body the more weight i lose. iβm really sliming tho

this post is extremely hard for me to make, but this is my weightloss so far, my SW is in the 200s iβm too scared to share the actual lbs, CW 196lbs right now. unfortunately i have not been super locked in, but i am now, i am growing my confidence back slowly everyday.
