One of my Comcast customers I met while tweeting for the company passed away yesterday. One of the only guys who treated me as an equal when it came to knowing computers in high school passed away today. My aunt is dying in the nursing home right now.

So, the day after I ran out of antibiotics for the ridiculous neck infection... I got the fuckin bird flu. That shit had me laid up in bed with a fever for four days, along with the worst body pain I've experienced in a long time. Still recovering energy. Get tired real fast.

Was in the ER 12 hrs Tues.
Hearing in the infected side of my head went mute & FREAKED ME OUT. CT scan says infection not spreading, which is good. Swelling is probable cause .
NYC on Monday for @Reddit party. This shit won't stop me from MUCH NEEDED fun.
