The S&P 500 just crossed above 7,600. A year ago it was at 5,900. 5 years ago it was at 4,200. 10 years ago it was at 2,100.

Valero is in desperate need of heavy/sour crudes. Like the type Venezuela has. We will see a pretty big increase in their stock price in the coming months/year. $165 is today's price.
